Once Pheasant Run Outfitters determines your requested dates are available, we will e-mail or fax you an invoice indicating your hunt costs. At that time a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total invoice will be required to reserve your hunt.* Reductions or changes in the number of your group must be received 3 weeks (21 days) prior to your arrival, after which any unused deposit may be applied to a later date in the same hunting season. The Balance of your invoice (check preferred*) is due upon your arrival at PRO. Any charges for miscellaneous items or additional pheasants harvested can be settled upon your departure. Each hunter will be required to sign a Release and Waiver of Liability. Pheasant Run Outfitters takes pride in cultivating and enhancing the habitat for pheasants, thereby ensuring a sustainable flock on the property at all times. Your hunting party may harvest over the number of birds released for you if desired at your groups designated per bird cost. The number of birds actually harvested will depend on a number of factors not limited to the weather, the shooting abilities of the hunters, or whether or not you have acquired the services of one of our professional guides. Sales tax and gratuities are not included in prices.
*Pheasant Run Outfitters accepts cash or checks in addition to MC, VI, or AX for a nominal convenience fee.
